Jeevan Dhan - Blood Donation Drive

Jeevan Dhan Blood Donation Drive an initiative of Vishva Hindu Parishad of Australia to donate blood and/or plasma to the Australian red cross.

You can donate your blood or plasma or both through VHP for the Australian red cross to save lives. When you are part of a Lifeblood Team, every donation you make goes towards VHP’s tally — whether you donate together with VHP or on your own.

Getting started is as easy as below:

1. Fill up the form below.
2. Receive an email for your requested date and requested centre.
3. Join VHP’s donation team and donate your precious blood or plasma.

You can donate blood or plasma at your convenient date and your convenient location, available all around the year. Your blood donation can save many lives in Australia, 470ml is the amount of blood you will be donating, it’s about 8% of the average adult’s blood volume. Within 24-48 hours of donating, your body will have fully restored your blood volume. It will take only 10 minutes to donate your blood for the community.

Do you know you can donate blood every 12 weeks approximately and plasma can be donated every two weeks. One blood donation will save up to three lives. More we donate more we can save lives.
